An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as a part time Diary Coordinator/sales/representative at a pet photography studio based in Marple, Stockport (Greater Manchester).
The first part of the role is to create leads for the studio by contacting schools and other businesses ( training will be provided but you need to be a professional and confident person, able to create lasting relationships with them). This means you might have to travel to meet with them so own transport is required for this role. The second part is to call potential clients (hot leads that you have created and warm leads from other sources, no cold calls), educating them and booking them into my diary. When not busy on the phone you will be preparing welcome packs (admin tasks) and be present for clients who want to collect their orders. For the last part of the role you will be trained to sell and design wall art and other luxury products for our clients.
Who we are looking for:
- A high level of motivation and enthusiasm are a must as well as an ability to effectively communicate with an excellent telephone manner, expressing ideas clearly and confidently. You will be friendly, chatty and enthusiastic and love people. You will be proactive and willing to learn and research soft sales techniques.
- An outgoing and approachable person, you will be driven, self-motivated and confident. You will also be honest, reliable whilst being flexible and willing to go that extra mile.
- Able to work on your own without supervision. Must be sales driven and target focused.
- Can use computers/software and spreadsheets.

Sales/marketing experience is required and having relevant experience in the photography industry (studio) would be an advantage.
Salary: Minimum wage + commission (up to around £32 000/year pro rata)
Job Type: Part-time, 12 hours/week to start with, Saturday (13:00-17:00) and Monday and Wednesday 16:00-20:00).
Once fully trained on selling wall art and other products you will work some Sundays and additional evenings (which will add 5-12 more hours depending on how busy we are).
